Tennis Elbow Cure - An Overview of the Condition

Tennis elbow or also known as lateral epicondylitis is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender. This is known to be caused by repetitive wear and tear of the tendon that is attached at the bony prominence known as the lateral epicondyle.

This condition is very common injury in sports like tennis or other racquet sports, although the condition can happen to just about anybody.
